Code of Ethics for the Association of Companies in the AI Era:
1. Integrity and Transparency:
a. Members shall conduct their activities with honesty, integrity, and transparency, upholding the highest ethical standards in all interactions.
b. Members shall accurately represent their capabilities, qualifications, and achievements related to AI adoption and work habits improvement.
2. Responsible AI Adoption:
a. Members shall prioritize the responsible and ethical development, deployment, and use of AI technologies, considering the potential impact on workers, society, and the environment.
b. Members shall strive to mitigate biases, ensure fairness, and promote transparency in AI algorithms and decision-making processes.

a. Members shall respect and uphold the rights of workers, including but not limited to fair remuneration, non-discrimination, and safe working conditions.
b. Members shall proactively address the potential impact of AI technologies

a. Members shall actively collaborate and share knowledge, insights, and best practices related to improving work habits and performance in the AI era.

a. Members shall advocate for ethical AI governance at the government level, promoting the development of policies, laws, and regulations that protect workers’ rights and ensure the responsible use of AI technologies.
